Brix Chocolate


Brix was conceived at a wine club in Sandusky, Ohio by Dr. Nicolas Prioa, a wine and chocolate lover. Nick decided to create a line of chocolates that pair with various wine varietals, and Brix was born. Originally launched as 8oz. bars, today Brix is also available in 3oz 4-packs and bite sized pieces in retail stores nationwide.
