As the initial offering from a newly established winery, the package for Cornerstone Cellars’ Cabernet Sauvignon needed to boldly announce the winery’s arrival to the competitive California wine market. The Cornerstone label was designed to “pop off the shelf” and create a stir in the marketplace. The unusual shape of the wrap-around label and use of dramatic embossing give this label a bold and elegant shelf presence, while establishing the credibility required for an ultra-premium price-point.
Stepping Stone is Cornerstone Cellars’ second ultra-premium brand whose focus is Napa Valley varietals.
